Aanilai Groups operates aanilai.in and its associated sub-brands — Aanilai Life and Aanilai Education India. The company is based in India and operates under Indian law.
02 Products and services
Aanilai Life offers physical botanical products shipped within India. Aanilai Education India offers digital courses and live sessions delivered online.

03 Orders and payment
All orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Aanilai Groups reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if fulfilment is not possible.
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
04 Shipping
Physical products are shipped within India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative, not guaranteed. Aanilai Groups is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside its control.
05 Digital products
Access to courses and live sessions is granted upon confirmed payment. Digital products are non-transferable. Recordings, materials, and session content remain the intellectual property of Aanilai Groups.
06 Intellectual property
All content on aanilai.in — including text, design, product formulations, course material, and brand elements — is the property of Aanilai Groups. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not permitted.
07 Limitation of liability
Aanilai Groups is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products or services. Our liability in any case is limited to the value of the transaction in question.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
