Refund Policy
01 Physical products
Refund requests for physical products must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible for a refund.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and the request must include clear evidence of the issue — such as damage or an incorrect item received.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
02 Digital courses and sessions
All course and session registrations are final. No refunds are issued once registration is confirmed and access has been granted.
If a session is cancelled by Aanilai Education India, a full refund will be issued or the registration will be transferred to the next available date, at the participant's choice.
03 Refund process
To initiate a refund for a physical product, write to contact@aanilai.in within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
